➠ Handmade products often have unique characteristics, and if you have very high standards or are seeking absolute perfection, this may not be the right choice for you.
➠ I want to clarify that I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged mail once I've shipped your items. Anything that occurs after the mail is sent is beyond my control, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
➠ However, in the event that your items arrive significantly damaged or some items are missing, I kindly request that you provide an unboxing video as evidence. Unfortunately, without an unboxing video, I won't have any proof of the issue, and it will be difficult for me to assist further.
➠ If you have an unboxing video as evidence, we can find ways to resolve the issue. In case of significant damage, I can offer a 50% refund of the original item price (excluding shipping costs). If items are missing, I can either resend them or provide a full refund for those items.
